VirMach is back, and this time we have Ryzen. Multiple locations are immediately available, and we are launching our Tokyo, Japan location as a pre-order, with servers ready and being shipped out on the next business day, networking and power set up, and IPv4 reserved, meaning that there’s not going to be that long of a wait. We also have another new location available: Denver, Colorado, which will arrive at the datacenter tomorrow. Immediately available locations include Phoenix and Seattle, and San Jose will join the immediate availability list soon.

This will be the lowest prices we will offer for Ryzen, over the next 12 months.

IPv6

IPv6 may not be assigned initially. IPv6 is deployed to all Ryzen servers and later, you will have access to IPv6. We will first assign a few IPv6 addresses and /64 IPv6 subnets, although the latter is not guaranteed at this time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For any service not yet provisioned, you qualify for a cancellation and immediate refund at any time. Once the service is delivered, there are no refunds for this special. This means for instantly available locations, you immediately do not qualify for a refund, but for a pre-order location such as Japan, you may qualify if you no longer wish to wait.

Please note, if the service is provisioned within 24 hours of your cancellation/refund request, then you will not be eligible for a refund. This may occur if we get to your refund quest after it has provisioned.

Current Location Status

The following is as of the posting of this thread. For updates, please check the latest comment on this thread.

Legend:

AVAILBLE: This means there are servers available for immediate deployment.
AWAITING IPv4: This means your service will be deployed but IPv4 awaiting configuration.
PROVISIONING: This means servers are racked/ready but need software installed.
SHIPPING: This means we are waiting for a carrier to pick up the package.
SHIPPED: This means the servers are in transit to the datacenter.
HANDLING: This means the servers are built and still need to be packed and shipped.
PREP: This means either the server or datacenter cabinet is still being prepared.
PLANNED: This means the location is planned but not ready enough for the sale.

Timing: “Available” will usually be instant but it’s possible it may have recently sold out. “Provisioning” may be about 1 to 2 days. “Handling/shipped” may be 2 days to 2 weeks, and “Prep” will be 2 to 4 weeks.

RYZEN STATUS

Please note that Ryzen servers may still have some minor issues, such as the web VNC not functioning, or certain ISO or OS templates missing at this time. Please report these issues only on this thread if possible as it will reduce ticket load.

JAPAN PRE-ORDER ADDITIONAL INFO

Pricing is the same as other locations for pre-orders only. Once pre-orders are delivered, pricing in Tokyo will go up for this sale, so for maximum savings, reserve a spot now.

Servers are ready and being shipped to Tokyo, currently scheduled for pickup 3/14/2022.
We are only selling the number of spots guaranteed to be available immediately after shipment arrives. Please note, servers still have to be racked by datacenter hands.
All bandwidth amounts will still be the same as listed above, and we have already purchased a sizable bandwidth commit with the datacenter partner.

INFORMATION FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

If you ordered a Ryzen plan specifically in the past, your pricing or term length has already been adjusted to where the price has been reduced to meet or exceed this deal, or it will be adjusted soon. If you do not see the adjustment, please contact us. We thank you for waiting patiently, much longer than expected. Your service should also already be deployed if you selected a location that is marked as “AVAILABLE” above, and for all other locations, you will still receive your service first.

If you ordered a migration special, you will be eligible for an upcoming migration as anticipated. We have space reserved for your migration, independent from this sale. We will communicate that information via e-mail or on your client area.

STORAGE PLANS PRE-ORDER

Storage available in Tokyo, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and NYC Metro.
Please note, Tokyo has limited space.

These are expected to be available/ready within 2 weeks. We will provide more information on storage plan pre-orders at a later time, or may wait until servers are first deployed. Check the thread for updates.

WINDOWS

We are still in the process of obtaining Windows licensing, but Windows servers are also being shipped out and/or have already arrived at the datacenter. Please expect an additional 1-2 weeks wait.

We will provide more information on ordering these at a later time.
